2:23 PM 11/5/2009 tibbidyfibbity.com expired today, and it was a sad moment whereupon I bowed my head in a moment of silence, before I swiftly plonked the ol' food blog right here. It may see a revival yet, but I wouldn't bet on it. I haven't done anything on this domain, and I haven't started working on my photo blog yet. I promise to be nerdier.

4:39 PM 10/22/2009 I just opened up a can of turtle to eat. Why am I doing this? I guess I saw it and felt like I needed to get back to my roots, dietarily speaking - but from today I'm making more conscious, ethical eating decisions. Except when my grandmother makes me take her to have shark's fin soup. I can't exactly go on a spiel about environmental and animal cruelty concerns with a 91 year old woman, y'know. P.S. I'm not eating a can of turtle, but literally it's like.. turtle jelly. In the list of ingredients it says "tortoise plastron". Don't ask me what it is.

I went to a taxidermy exhibit yesterday. It was creepy and cool.
Mostly creepy though, I guess.

1:39 PM 10/22/2009 Thinking about what I'd like to have on the front page. I guess I'm going to scour my compy for some stuff that I've been working on lately. I got some doodles in my notebook I could probably scan and put up, some compy doodles, some writing, and probably some old photos. Although I guess I'd have the photo blog on fixelated.org. I'll have to dig through all my crap and find stuff that is not too terrible for some kind of presentation.

10:57 AM 10/22/2009 What's up, homeslices. I am crafting this tiny update BY HAND. If you want to see nerdsville you can see how terrible the coding is under the hood. I don't know much beyond 90s HTML back from Geocities days. Still trying to figure out how to port my blog over from the old domain.
